Yes, our production team holds a Class A contractors license in Virginia and a Class B in Washington DC. We hold a $1,000,000 general liability policy, $50,000 errors & omissions policy and $25,000 3rd party crime policy.

• Please make sure you have all needed items on site before your appointment — paint, fixtures, faucets, light kits, grab bars, etc. Need help, let's us know and we can assist you.
• Email us wide view photos and close up photos to sales@brooksandjust.com.
• Clear the work area. Please move furniture, decor and personal items out of the way. (Let's us know if you need help). We bring drop cloths and prep protection, but a clean space helps us start right on time.
• Plan for Access. Make sure someone is home to let us in, or provide safe access instructions (lockbox, gate code, etc.) We typically arrive between 8-9am. Keep pets secure if work is indoors.
• Keep a phone nearby. We may call or text with a quick question during the job. Staying reachable ensures smooth progress.
• Prepare for the final walkthrough. Once the work is complete, we'll walk the job with you to ensure everything meets expectations before we pack up.
